Troubleshoot unattributed revenue

Find out why purchases may not be credited to a campaign and what to check first.

Troubleshoot unattributed revenue#

Unattributed revenue means Joinometry saw revenue but could not confidently connect it to a campaign.

Check the player#

The purchase needs to match a player Joinometry knows about. Make sure the player joined the server and that the purchase uses the same Minecraft identity your store collects.

Check hostname mappings#

If the player joined through a hostname that was not mapped to a campaign, the purchase may not have a campaign touchpoint.

Open the unknown hostname inbox and assign any real campaign hostnames you recognize.

Check the attribution window#

If a purchase happens outside your attribution window, the campaign may not receive credit.

Check direct and unknown settings#

If direct or unknown traffic can replace campaign touchpoints, later joins may change which campaign receives credit.

Recalculate if needed#

After fixing mappings or attribution settings, use historical recalculation if older purchases should be reviewed with the new setup.
