Import historical revenue from CSV#
CSV imports help you bring older purchases into Joinometry so historical revenue can appear in analytics.
Recommended import flow#
- Open Imports.
- Choose a template, such as Tebex payments export, or choose Custom CSV.
- Upload the file.
- Review the mapped columns.
- Click Validate only.
- Review the preview, skipped rows, and validation messages.
- Import the valid rows when everything looks right.
What validation does#
Validation checks whether Joinometry can understand the file. It also shows which rows will be imported and which rows will be skipped.
Free purchases are skipped because they do not add revenue. Purchases that were already imported are skipped so totals are not counted twice.
Keeping entered values#
Joinometry keeps your selected template and entered column choices after validation. Your browser may not keep the local file attached after you leave or refresh the page, so you may need to choose the file again before importing.
After import#
Open Revenue, Campaigns, and player profiles to review the imported purchases. If older purchases should be attributed to campaigns, check your hostname mappings and attribution settings.
