The Campaigns page is where campaign management and paid promotion analysis meet. Use it when you want to decide which campaigns are worth continuing, which need setup attention, and which should be paused or archived.
Top metrics#
The top cards summarize the campaigns and filters you are looking at:
- Profit is attributed revenue minus campaign spend.
- Spend / ROAS shows recorded spend and return on ad spend.
- CAC estimates spend per new player.
- Paying players shows how many attributed players purchased.
- Attribution gaps counts observed hostnames that do not match an active campaign mapping.
If profit, ROAS, or CAC looks wrong, first check whether the campaign has spend, dates, and hostname mappings.
Filters and sorting#
Use filters to focus the page by date range, lifecycle, source, entrypoint, search text, and sort order. The default sort focuses on profit so the most valuable campaigns rise to the top.
Lifecycle filters help separate active campaigns from scheduled, ended, paused, unmapped, and archived campaigns. Archived campaigns are hidden from the default view but still keep their history.
Charts and source snapshot#
The profit and revenue charts show how campaign results changed by day in the selected range. The source ROI snapshot groups campaigns by source, which is useful when you want to compare channels such as creators, Discord, server lists, or ads.
ROI watchlist#
The watchlist calls out setup issues that can make ROI incomplete:
- hostnames that should be reviewed on the Hostnames page,
- visible campaigns without active hostname mappings,
- active campaigns with traffic or revenue but no spend.
Treat the watchlist as a cleanup checklist before making budget decisions.
Campaign ROI leaderboard#
The leaderboard compares each matching campaign by spend, revenue, profit, ROAS, CAC, paying players, conversion, joins, and retention.
Use Analyze when you want to open the Acquisition page for one campaign. Use Manage when you want to edit that campaign without leaving the Campaigns page.
Campaign management#
The management section lets you create campaigns, edit source and metadata, update dates and spend, add notes or tags, maintain hostname mappings, open acquisition analysis, and archive or delete campaigns.
Archive real campaigns that have history. Delete only empty test campaigns or mistakes.
