Track Tebex revenue automatically#

Tebex webhooks let Joinometry receive payment updates as they happen.

Before you start#

You need:

• a Joinometry server,
• a Tebex store,
• access to Tebex webhook endpoints,
• a paid Joinometry plan that includes webhooks.

Set up the webhook#

1. Open Servers in Joinometry.
2. Open the server that should receive Tebex revenue.
3. Find the Tebex integration section.
4. Add your Tebex webhook secret. Use the "Get it here" link near the secret field to open Tebex webhook endpoints.
5. Copy the Joinometry webhook URL.
6. In Tebex, create a webhook endpoint using that URL.
7. Enable the recommended payment, refund, and dispute events.

Validation check#

Tebex may send a validation check before enabling the endpoint. Joinometry answers that check automatically when the URL and secret are correct.

Test it#

After setup, make a small test purchase. Then check:

• the server integration shows recent webhook activity,
• the Revenue page shows the purchase,
• the player profile shows the purchase,
• the Campaigns page shows attributed revenue if the player had a campaign touchpoint.
