Read your first results#

The Overview page is the best place to check whether Joinometry is working and whether your campaigns are starting to produce useful signals.

Start with the setup checklist#

If the guided setup is still visible, use it as your first source of truth. It tells you whether Joinometry has seen the basics:

• a created server,
• an installed plugin,
• a recent heartbeat,
• a created campaign,
• a mapped hostname,
• a Tebex webhook,
• a first purchase,
• revenue attributed to a campaign.

You can still use the dashboard before every step is complete, but incomplete setup usually means some numbers will be empty.

Check the date range#

The date range controls most charts and tables. If you are testing today, choose a short range so your test joins and purchases are easier to spot.

Use Compare previous period when you want to see whether the current range is better or worse than the matching previous range.

What the first healthy data looks like#

For a new setup, you usually want to see:

• New players above zero after test joins.
• Revenue above zero after a test purchase.
• Campaign traffic on the campaign whose hostname you used.
• Recent activity showing joins and sessions from the expected server.

Why a chart may be flat#

A flat chart is not always a problem. It can mean the selected range has no data yet, the plugin has not sent events, the campaign hostname is not mapped, or the purchase could not be matched to a player.
