Export or delete organization data#

Privacy settings let you export or delete organization data.

Export data#

Use export when you need a copy of organization settings, members, servers, campaigns, players, purchases, attribution, and recent activity history.

Exports are useful before major account changes or before deleting an organization.

Delete organization#

Deletion removes organization analytics, financial tracking data, server credentials, memberships, player identities, and related records.

Grace period#

Deletion has a grace period. During that time, you can cancel the deletion request if it was a mistake or you changed your mind.

After the grace period, deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Billing note#

Deleting data is separate from cancelling billing. If you also want to stop future billing, review the Billing page.
