Plans, limits, and fair use#

Joinometry plans are based on organization size and how much tracking you need. You can see exact prices and limits on the pricing page.

Free#

The free tier is for best small servers, or for servers wanting to try out Joinometry before upgrading to a higher tier.

Starter#

Starter is for small to medium sized servers or networks that wants serious tracking.

Network#

Network is for medium to large servers who either have multiple proxies, many backend servers, or just want all of the features.

What counts as an active campaign?#

Active campaigns count toward campaign limits. Archived campaigns keep their history but do not count as active.

What happens if you hit a limit?#

Most other platforms would reject the events entirely, making your statistics inaccurate permanently, because that's cheaper for the platform. But not us. We store the new events separately in their raw form, without processing them. Once you upgrade, we process the raw events, allowing your statistics to remain fully accurate. Statistics have very little value if they're inaccurate, so we do everything we can to keep your statistics accurate, even if that increases our expenses.
