Save, schedule, and export reports#

Reports help you share useful numbers without rebuilding the same view every time.

Saved reports#

Create a saved report when you want a reusable view with a selected range, grouping, and metrics.

Good saved reports include:

• weekly campaign performance,
• monthly source comparison,
• revenue by campaign,
• acquisition by hostname.

CSV exports#

Use CSV exports when you want to analyze results in a spreadsheet or share raw report output with a partner.

Scheduled reports#

Plans with scheduled reports can send reports automatically to selected recipients.

Keep recipient lists focused. Send reports to people who need the numbers, and review scheduled reports when teammates change roles.

Plan limits#

The number of saved and scheduled reports depends on your plan. If you hit a limit, delete old reports or upgrade before creating more.
